About the Course This one to one online course offers an in-depth, immersive experience through five plus one Zoom sessions, each lasting three hours including breaks and structured into three 45-minute segments. These live meetings are designed to support your creative growth with real-time interaction, guided exercises, and theoretical insights. The schedule is flexible and arranged upon booking. You may choose to complete the course intensively over six consecutive days, or at a more gradual pace of one session per week over six weeks. At the heart of this course is the creative process, explored through the lens of water—its magic, movement, and power to unlock artistic expression. We approach this journey through a unique integration of myth, theory, and practice. What to Expect Before each session, you will receive: A myth to contemplate and reflect upon A set of warm-up exercises to prepare your body and mind These pre-session materials set the tone for the work we’ll do together during our live meetings. The course consists of five core sessions, followed by a sixth bonus session for Q&A and reflection, making a total of six gatherings. Together, we will explore the following themes: Creativity: What it is, how it arises, and the states that support it Perception: How we experience and connect with the world around us Materials & Water: Techniques and principles of working with water in painting The Magic of Water: Understanding its unique properties and symbolic power The Artist’s Tools: Practical tools and inner resources for expression The Process: Navigating creative flow and emergence The Angels of Delight: Joy, intuition, and the unexpected in artistic practice Principles of Life and Creativity: How natural laws inform artistic rhythm and balance Throughout the course, you’ll receive ongoing support and additional exercises designed to help you express freely and confidently in your painting practice.
